Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must (1) follow @rockymountainwatches on Instagram, and (2) submit their email address through the official giveaway signup form on the Rocky Mountain Watches website. Limit one entry per person. By submitting your email, you confirm that you have read and agree to these rules.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on [START DATE] and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM [TIME ZONE]. Entries submitted after the end date will not be counted.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email only and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the time period may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

The prize consists of a watch and accessories with an approximate retail value of up to $1,000. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Publicity

Winner is under no obligation to appear in any photo, video, or promotional content. If the winner chooses to voluntarily share content or a testimonial, Sponsor may request permission to repost such content.

Privacy

Emails collected will be used for giveaway administration and future marketing emails from Rocky Mountain Watches only. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, bot activity, or rule manipulation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
