Shipping policy

Order Shipping:
All watches are typically shipped via FedEx or UPS. Given the high value of our items for sale, certain watches might require a different shipping partner, and can be shipped directly to your home with signature required, or they can be shipped to your nearest FedEx location for pickup. 

Fulfilment:
Orders are shipped promptly upon ordering, usually same day, although sometimes weekends, holiday, timing of the order, etc, can delay this by 1-3 days. We will always communicate with you regarding any delays, as well as generally with any and all order updates.

Shipping to RMW:
Please follow these instructions exactly to ensure safe transit and proper insurance coverage:

  • Double box the shipment. The watch should be secured inside an inner box so it cannot move, then placed inside a second outer box.
  • Use new, sturdy packaging. FedEx boxes are preferred. Do not use recycled Amazon boxes or previously used packaging.
  • Secure the watch with adequate padding. If the contents move when lightly shaken, add more protection.
  • Fully seal the outer box. Tape both side seams and the center seam.
  • Apply a proper shipping label. Peel-and-stick or thermal labels are preferred.
  • The package must be physically scanned by FedEx at handoff. Either hand it directly to a FedEx driver and confirm it is scanned, or drop it at a staffed FedEx location and obtain a receipt. Do not use unattended drop boxes or kiosks.
  • YOUR WATCH WILL NOT BE INSURED IF IT IS NOT DIRECTLY SCANNED BY A FEDEX EMPLOYEE.
  • Do not declare or indicate shipment value unless specifically instructed by RMW.
  • For private-party shipments using an RMW provided QR code, just show the supplied QR code you'll receive and present it at a staffed FedEx Office location. Again, the shipment must be scanned by a FedEx employee.

If anything is unclear before shipping, contact us for clarification. Do NOT let a FedEx employee pack your shipment, and do not pack the shipment inside of a FedEx location. Scammers are exceptionally smart with how watches are shipped and received, and it's best to take every precaution possible to protect your investment.
