Offer and Agreement
  • A preliminary offer will be made by Rocky Mountain Watches based on the authenticity, description, and condition of the watch.
  • The watch must be authentic, accurately described, and free from undisclosed defects.
  • Rocky Mountain Watches reserves the right to reject any counterfeit watches, with authenticity determined by an expert watchmaker.

    Shipping and Insurance

    • Once the offer is accepted, Rocky Mountain Watches will provide an insured shipping label for the Seller to send the watch.
    • Rocky Mountain Watches will cover all shipping and insurance costs until the watch is received and inspected.

    Inspection and Verification

    • Upon receipt, the watch will be inspected by an expert watchmaker for authenticity, operational status, and overall condition.
    • Detailed documentation of the inspection will be provided.

    Payment

    • If the watch passes inspection, Rocky Mountain Watches will confirm acceptance and wire the agreed payment to the Seller’s designated bank account.
    • Payment will only be made via wire transfer, with no other forms of payment accepted.
    • An invoice will be provided to the Seller for their records.

    Counterfeit Watches

    • If the watch is determined to be counterfeit, the Seller will have 30 days to provide a return shipping label.
    • If no return label is provided within 30 days, the watch will be considered forfeited, and Rocky Mountain Watches will dispose of it at their discretion.
